Cancellation Policy
I. All users must be mindful and respectful of colleagues and the shared workspace environment, particularly regarding noise levels outside of closed rooms. II. Reservations are generally granted on a "first-come, first-served" basis. III. To ensure fair access, limits may be placed on the maximum duration of a single meeting or how far in advance recurring meetings can be scheduled (e.g., maximum 4 months in advance). IV. If your meeting is cancelled or rescheduled, you must immediately update or delete the reservation in the booking system. Failure to do so impacts the efficiency for others. V. Arrive on time and conclude your meeting on schedule. VI. Leave the room in the same or better condition than you found it. VII. All bottles in conference room are property of the owner and not included in the "bottle share". Please ask an employee about sampling from the owners collection.
