The Algiers Club offers more than just trying great whiskey, but we are active in all levels of the Whiskey production cycle, with opportunities for Accredited investors to participate in barrel purchases and investments in this hard asset with strong, counter-cyclical returns.
Appreciating Asset
Whiskey barrels are a highly appreciating asset that consistently increased in value over their lifetime. Bourbon is our primary focus with a 4 year horizon.
Passive Investment
We will purchase new-fill whiskey and leave the barrels on site at the distillery for a marginal storage fee, insure the barrels, and sell the aged Bourbon in four years.
Market Hedge
This opportunity offers a hedge against both inflation and rising commodity prices, such as wheat, which is expected to drive future barrel values up over time.
Regulated Industry
The highly regulated alcohol industry provides layers of security around our assets, from Bonded warehouses, monthly reporting, and federal oversight.
