Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Apricot Infused Famous Grouse Scotch

  • 3/4 oz Blandy's 5-year Malmsey Madeira

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Demerara Syrup

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Syrup

  • 1 Dash House Peychaud's Bitters

Preparation

Stir all ingredients over Ice then strain into a coupe.

No Garnish.
