About the event
In this interactive tasting class, guests will explore how oak, heat, and time create some of whiskey’s most recognizable aromas and flavors. Using familiar sensory references like vanilla, baking spices, toasted wood, and tea, we’ll break down the science behind the glass in a way that’s approachable, engaging, and easy to understand.
Then, we’ll put those senses to the test. Guests will taste and compare a curated selection of whiskies, learning how to recognize the flavors created through barrel aging and different levels of wood treatment.
This isn’t about memorizing complicated chemistry—it’s about developing your palate. You’ll leave with a better understanding of what you’re tasting, why those flavors are there, and the confidence to describe and appreciate whiskey on an entirely new level.
Space is limited. RSVP required.
